350W AC/DC POWER CORRECTED isolated Power supply Development: 85-265 AC IN 12V@ 30A 50C operation. Integrated Planar Transformer implementation. Passive current sharing N+1 redundant operation. PFC 93% , DC/DC 94% , overall efficiency 87%.

500W POWER-PAK, 24V/ 15A 88% efficient and 12V/30A 85% efficient Switched Mode ( with customized charge profile ) Battery Charger Design and Development.

AC/DC POWER CORRECTED SMD POWER MODULE: 85-265 AC IN, multiple output, convection cooled ,12V@ 30A, 5V&44A, 3.3V&10A, 50C operation. Implementation. Overall efficiency 85%.

DC/DC ISOLATED FIX RATIO 1/8 BRICK DEVELOPMENT. 36 to 56V DC in, 6 to 11V out (5 to 1 fix ratio), 250-watt max output. Integrated magnetic and PCB base winding implementation. 95% efficiency, 70C operation.

DC/DC ISOLATED 1/8 BRICK POWER SUPPLY DEVELOPMENT. 36 to 75V DC in 1.8V&40A, 2.5V&30A and.3.3V&30A Out. Integrated magnetic and PCB base winding implementation. 90% efficiency, 70C operation.

High Power AC/DC Applications

AC/DC ISOLATED BUCK REGULATOR. 480V 3PHASE INPUT, 270V/265A OUTPUT. PFC .0.94 overall efficiency 92%, 50C ambient, 25 KHz operation. To be used for aircraft testing.

1500W TWO PHASE INTERLEAVED PFC DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT . 85V to 264V AC in 400VDC out, 1500Watts module. E efficiency 93% 2"x3'x2.5" form factor.

INDUSTRIAL NI-CAD BATTERY CHARGER. Power factor corrected, 1500 watts, switched mode power supply for motive charge application (Electric powered car battery charging application) that utilizes microprocessor base customized charge profile. 72V 20A 88% efficient, unity power factor Amp hour integration and calculation (CSA, UL, CISSPR, FCC).

AC/DC POWER FACTOR CORRECTED Modular SMPS for Telecommunication industries. 48V @ 25A, 1500 Watt total output, Unity power factor, 89% efficient, VDE, FCC, CISPR 22 and CSA.

AC/DC 3 PHASE INPUT modular SMPS Design and Development 2000 watts total power, 380V ac input, 48V / 30 A output. 90% efficient VDE, CSA, UL.


High Power DC/DC Applications

500W DC/DC ISOLATED POWER MODUL DEVELOPMENT. 300V to 400V DC in 5V&100A, 12V&40A , 24V&20A and 48V&10A. Integrated Planar Magnetic, easy to parallel, Micro control base interface,I2C, SMBUS communication capability. 92% efficiency, 50C operation. 1.8"x5"x1.5" form factor. Stand alone.

DC/DC FULL BRIDGE POWER SUPPLY DEVELOPMENT. 400VDC in 270V/40A , 28V/100A , 32V/75A adjustable power supply with 91% efficiency, 140 KHz operation, 50C ambient to be used for aircraft testing.

AC/DC POWER FACTOR CORRECTED 24VDC/100A output, 88% efficient Universal input Modular SMPS Design and Development for cellular Phone Industries.




Other

Solar, Wind and Diesel Generator base Battery Charger Development: 2.5KW Telecom batteries charger development (48V / 200 Amp hours). Input source to this charger/power supply is a combination of Solar Panel, Wind Turbine, and Diesel Generator to provide 24/7 power to telecom base station.

Third Party design evaluation: Various charger, and electronics control systems designed by third party are evaluated and their performances are compared against technical spec requirements and all findings are reported to clients in timely manner.
